I’m a passionate communicator with a background spanning thirty years in copywriting, marketing, advertising, graphic design, publishing, farmers market management, pastry baking, cooking, local food activism, and community-building.

It all adds up to good storytelling.

My writing has helped sell kitchen appliances, toys, floor care products, college programs, handcrafted ceramics, luxury yarn, custom jewelry, organic farms, artisan bakeries, hand sanitizer, super-sticky tape, drilling equipment, service trucks, industrial explosives, workforce development services, safety programs, sustainability education programs, sand and gravel operations, nutrition outreach and food access programs, and crushing and screening equipment.

I have two adult kids.

Ginger Rogers (best dog ever - fight me) wants me to shut up and take her for a walk in the woods. Smart dog.

My Nutella Danish will make you cry. In a good way.

I write poetry. And fiction. And letters. And lists.

So many lists.

I once grew a 4.5 lb Pink Brandywine tomato. That’s at least a pound more than the average human brain.

My superpower is slicing through the sometimes tough skin of your brand identity to reveal the juicy meat of your story.

You know, like a tomato.

Because of my graphic design background, I also see how words and visuals work together to tell a story. That’s my power-up.

Your story makes your company relatable and feeds people’s hearts and minds.

Brands that tell their story across multiple channels connect to people in a meaningful way that ultimately grows their business. Those people buy.

So, let me at your tomatoes. I’ll make you something delicious that you can serve to your audience. Tomatoes. Brand story. You get it.
